The draw for the second round of the Carabao Cup, or EFL Cup, has provided two all-Premier League matches.
Fulham host Tottenham Hotspur, while Nottingham Forest are at home to Burnley.
Three Premier League teams have been drawn to face clubs in League Two, or the fourth tier. Luton Town host Gillingham, while Everton travel to Doncaster Rovers, and Brentford visit Newport Town.
The ties will take place in the week commencing 28 August.
The eight Premier League teams participating in UEFA competition this season, including Carabao Cup holders Manchester United, will join the tournament in the third round.
The winners of the competition qualify for the UEFA Europa Conference League.
