Blackburn, a point above West Ham, will confirm their play-off place if they at least match West Ham's result at The Hawthorns.
West Ham need to better Rovers' result to jump into the top five.

Victory for Aston Villa at Ewood Park would mean they would leapfrog Blackburn, and if West Ham fail to win they would claim the final play-off place.
Swansea City are Division 2 champions, while Wolves and Newcastle United will host the fourth and fifth-placed teams respectively in the one-off play-off semi-finals after finishing second and third respectively.
