Meanwhile, Luton Town travel north to face Bolton Wanderers (19:45 GMT), aiming to set up a trip to Everton or Crystal Palace in the next round. West Ham United visit Bristol City (19:45 GMT) knowing victory would give them a home tie in the fourth round, against Nottingham Forest or Blackpool.

At AFCON, Burkina Faso (14:00 GMT), Tunisia (17:00 GMT),  and Mali (20:00 GMT) will play their opening group matches, with AFC Bournemouth’s Dango Outtara and Spurs' Yves Bissouma among the stars set to feature.
