Conte: We must enjoy this moment

Antonio Conte wants Chelsea to relish the prospect of winning the title at West Bromwich Albion on Friday night and turn "a good season into a great one".

A victory at The Hawthorns would confirm the Blues' fifth Premier League title, a scenario Conte says his players should embrace.

"It’s important at this moment to enjoy," Conte said ahead of Friday's 8pm BST kick-off. "We have worked a lot; we have worked very hard.

"This is a good season; we want it to become a great season. There is only one way: to take three points and win the title."
