Toni Martinez scored twice as West Ham United came back from a goal down to claim a 2-1 victory over Newcastle United in the Premier League 2 Division 2 promotion play-off final at St James' Park.
Martinez, back with the Hammers after a loan spell with Oxford United, equalised with a fierce shot just before half-time and hit his second from 25 yards nine minutes after the interval.
Tom Heardman had given a 19th-minute lead to the Magpies, who had finished four points and two places above West Ham in the league table.
Martinez finished the season with 14 goals from 14 appearances for the Hammers.
