“I’m excited to break into the First Team and play with these players,” Golding told the club’s official website.
"I’m buzzing to meet the lads and hopefully I can get involved and get ready for the season as well and improve on the pitch with the team.
“I can’t wait to get started with training and learning from the Manager,” the youngster said.
“I’m very excited to learn from Steve Cooper, given some of the players that he’s worked with and his track record of working with young players.”
Who is Michael Golding?
Born in Kingston upon Thames on 23 May 2006, Golding began his career at the academy of AFC Wimbledon before moving to Chelsea in 2018.
