Mohamed Salah showed once again at the weekend why he is one of the all-time great Premier League players.

Salah scored and assisted in Liverpool's 2-1 win over Chelsea, with his goal taking him to 162 scored in his Premier League career.

That moves him joint-ninth with Jermain Defoe and only one behind former Liverpool striker Robbie Fowler in the all-time list.

Salah is fast approaching Arsenal legend Thierry Henry, whom he is only 13 goals behind, while he is also just 25 goals from matching Andrew Cole and becoming the joint-third highest goalscorer in Premier League history.

Salah's excellence has gone somewhat under the radar this season.

Only Erling Haaland, Bryan Mbeumo and Cole Palmer can better his five goals, while only Bukayo Saka can top his five assists.

Indeed, his 10 combined goals and assists are the second-most in 2024/25, level with Haaland and only one behind Palmer.

Here, we take a closer look at some of the remarkable statistics that highlight the Egyptian's impact during his time in the Premier League.
