A visit to Fulham earns Jurrien Timber (£5.6m) his Scout Selection debut in the best XI for Gameweek 15 of Fantasy Premier League

The defender is picked instead of his Arsenal team-mate Gabriel (£6.2m), who remains a doubt for the encounter at Craven Cottage.

Timber delivered his season-high haul of 14 points last time out, combining a goal with a clean sheet and two bonus points in the Gunners' 2-0 win over Manchester United.

He is named in a side that lines up in a 3-4-3 formation. Mohamed Salah (£13.3m) was selected and given the armband before Liverpool's match at Everton was postponed due to bad weather, so Cole Palmer (£11.0m) will assume the captaincy instead.

FPL GW15 Scout Selection
Emiliano Martinez (Aston Villa) £5.0m

A home encounter with Southampton gives Martinez the chance to improve upon his poor record of just one clean sheet this season. The Saints visit Aston Villa with the worst attacking record of any side in away matches in 2024/25, scoring only four goals in seven road trips.

Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool) £6.9m

The Liverpool right-back emerged from the bench to supply two assists against Newcastle United in midweek. He now sits just three points off the top of the defender standings on 61 points, combining three assists with six clean sheets and eight bonus points. His match at Everton has now been postponed but interest in him may well grow ahead of Gameweek 16.

Jurrien Timber (Arsenal) £5.6m

An ownership of just over three per cent makes the Arsenal right-back a standout differential against Fulham.

Diogo Dalot (Man Utd) £5.2m

A new role as a wing-back under Ruben Amorim lifts the Man Utd defender’s prospects of attacking returns in Fantasy. Dalot can also collect a clean sheet against a Nottingham Forest side who have failed to score in their previous two matches on the road.

Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) £13.3m

Salah has produced 10 double-figure returns in 14 matches this season, already bettering his total of nine from 2023/24. He will now have a weekend off with Liverpool's match at Everton being postponed.

Cole Palmer (Chelsea) £11.0m

Chelsea’s playmaker sits second only to Salah in the player standings, with nine goals, six assists and 107 points to his name. Palmer’s 49 shots and 36 key passes are both team-leading totals, highlighting his huge all-round potential against Tottenham Hotspur.

Bukayo Saka (Arsenal) £10.5m

Two goals and four assists in the last three Gameweeks have helped the Arsenal winger become the third player to surpass the 100-point mark in Fantasy this season. Saka scored in both his meetings with Fulham in 2023/24 and is among the best armband alternatives to Salah.

Bruno Fernandes (Man Utd) £8.5m

A visit from Forest gives the Portuguese the chance to extend his excellent home form on Saturday evening. Fernandes has scored both his goals this season and supplied four of his five assists in his previous four home outings, amassing 41 points across those contests.

Yoane Wissa (Brentford) £6.2m

The Brentford striker boasts a formidable record at the Gtech Community Stadium ahead of his encounter with Newcastle. Wissa’s average of 10 points per start in home matches this season is more than any other player in Fantasy, with the DR Congo international scoring in all five of those contests.

Evanilson (AFC Bournemouth) £6.1m

The AFC Bournemouth forward could be a bargain buy in Fantasy at Ipswich Town. Evanilson has been particularly reliable on the road recently, with two goals, three assists, 28 points and no blanks in his last three away outings.

Jamie Vardy (Leicester) £5.5m

Leicester City’s talisman needed just two minutes to score their first goal under new manager Ruud van Nistelrooy, helping them to a 3-1 midweek win over West Ham United. Vardy has three goals, two assists and just one blank in his last six appearances ahead of a home encounter with Brighton & Hove Albion.
