How FA Cup ties have caused CARNAGE for FPL managers

Managers in Fantasy Premier League must plan ahead and prepare for Blank Gameweek 29 (BGW29), when Liverpool, Newcastle United, Crystal Palace and Aston Villa are without a Premier League fixture.

Here, The Scout's panel of FPL experts pick out the best differential players who not only have a match in each of the next two Gameweeks - Gameweek 28 and BGW29 - but are also owned in under 10 per cent of squads, so they can fire managers up the rankings.

With AFC Bournemouth on a hot streak right now, I'm backing Evanilson (£5.6m) to find some of his earlier-season form on his return from injury. Under one per cent-owned, and with a good fixture in particular in BGW29 (Brentford at home), I can see the Brazilian building on his first-half goal in the FA Cup tie against Wolves at the weekend.

Two affordably priced differential midfielders I really like are Yankuba Minteh (£5.0m) and Savinho (£6.2m), both of whom are owned by fewer than three per cent of managers. Minteh faces Fulham in Gameweek 28 before a trip to Manchester City in BGW29. He has five attacking returns in his last five starts. Meanwhile, Savinho has started the last four Premier League fixtures for Man City.

Injuries and suspensions in the forward line mean many managers will be looking at alternative options in that position. For those hunting differentials, Liam Delap (£5.6m) could be an interesting pick, given he is only owned in 3.5 per cent of squads and has already scored 10 goals this season. The Ipswich Town striker has every chance of adding to that tally in his upcoming matches against Palace and Nottingham Forest.

Az Phillips (@FPLBlackbox_Az)

Evanilson is only owned by 0.6 per cent and is back from injury. He may be a shrewd way into the Bournemouth attack, with Dango Ouattara (£5.2m) potentially seeing less minutes in light of his return and Antoine Semenyo (£5.7m) flattering to deceive, with just one attacking return in his last four matches.

Sam Bonfield (@FPLFamily)

Christopher Nkunku (£5.7m) registered 12 points against Southampton in Gameweek 27 for his goal and assist. The midfielder's next match is against Leicester City, who have kept the fewest clean sheets in the league this season, with just one all campaign. However, he has a more challenging fixture in Gameweek 29 - away to Arsenal.

Those on the hunt for a new forward to replace Jean-Philippe Mateta (£7.5m) and/or Matheus Cunha (£7.0m) could plump for Everton forward Beto (£5.0m), who is owned by only 5.9 per cent. No forward has had more big chances than Beto, with eight in the last four Gameweeks.
