Could anyone break Palmer's record?
There are three CURRENT Premier League players who could overtake Palmer after his flawless streak ended on Sunday.
Fulham forward Raul Jimenez has scored every one of the 10 penalties he's taken in the Premier League, while Brentford star Bryan Mbeumo has converted all nine of his. Nottingham Forest striker Chris Wood has scored with all eight of his attempts from the spot.
Premier League's most clinical penalty takers
Palmer's failure to score his 13th penalty means he falls down the list for the best conversion rates among those who have taken a minimum of 10 spot-kicks.
His conversion rate of 92.3 per cent puts him in eighth place, just ahead of Arsenal legend Thierry Henry.

Palmer's drought continues
This was Palmer's seventh Premier League appearance in a row without scoring, his longest such streak of this season. His last goal came in a 2-2 draw against Bournemouth on 14 January, while his most recent assist in the competition dates back even further, to 1 December, when Chelsea beat Aston Villa 3-0.
Palmer also drew a blank in Chelsea's 2-1 defeat at Brighton & Hove Albion in the FA Cup and 2-1 win at Copenhagen in the UEFA Conference League. Should he not score in the return match against the Danes on Thursday, it will extend his goal drought to 10 matches in all competitions.
Analysing Palmer's penalty miss on BBC Radio Five Live, former Premier League goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer said: "His penalty wasn't one from someone with a lot of confidence. He went for power over real placement and the goalkeeper did so, so well."
Maresca: Palmer was unwell
After the Leicester match, Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca revealed that Palmer had been feeling unwell in the build-up to Sunday's encounter.
"Cole yesterday didn’t train," said Maresca. "During the night, he didn’t feel well and the reason why he didn’t train yesterday is because he didn’t feel well.
"So this morning he woke up and said ‘I want to be on the pitch because I want to help this team, this club, to play in the Champions League’.
"This shows how this kind of player wants to bring this club to where this club belongs to."
Chelsea are next in Premier League action on Sunday 16 March when they travel to Arsenal for a London derby.
