KEY questions for the midweek matches

The in-demand Daniel Munoz (£5.1m) is among a trio of Crystal Palace assets picked in the Scout Selection for Gameweek 30 of Fantasy Premier League.

The Colombian has earned 249,000+ transfers in ahead of the Gameweek 30 deadline at 18:15 BST on Tuesday 1 April, at least 100,000 more than any other defender.

He is joined by the Eagles’ fit-again forward Jean-Philippe Mateta (£7.5m) for their visit to Southampton, with Oliver Glasner (£0.8m) named as Assistant Manager.

If you activate your Assistant Manager chip on Glasner NOW, you can earn points from FOUR matches in a three-Gameweek spell, as Palace have two matches in Double Gameweek 32.

The table-bonus element of the Assistant Manager chip – which earns your Assistant Manager extra points for each win or draw against an opponent who is at least FIVE places higher than them in the Premier League table before the Gameweek starts – is a major part of Glasner’s appeal here.

The Palace boss currently has the potential to earn table bonus in THREE of his upcoming four matches because Brighton & Hove Albion, Manchester City and Newcastle United are at least five places above Palace in the Premier League.

FPL GW30 Scout Selection
David Raya (Arsenal) £5.5m

The Spanish goalkeeper has overtaken Gabriel (£6.4m) to become Arsenal’s top-scoring player at the back, amassing 117 points. Raya has conceded just twice over the last five Gameweeks ahead of a home match against Fulham

Josko Gvardiol (Man City) £6.0m

The left-back is among three Man City players in the Selection for their home match against Leicester City. Gvardiol has scored five goals this season, more than any other defender, and his attacking prospects are further enhanced by the underlying numbers - his 28 shots in the box also rank top in his position in 2024/25 Fantasy.

Milos Kerkez (AFC Bournemouth) £5.2m

AFC Bournemouth’s left-back enters a home meeting with Ipswich Town in fine attacking form, supplying an assist in three successive Gameweeks. The Cherries have kept five of their six clean sheets in home matches this season, highlighting Kerkez’s huge all-round potential in Fantasy.

Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace) £5.1m

The Colombian is the most in-form defender in Fantasy right now, with just a single blank across his last eight appearances.

Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) £13.7m

Liverpool’s Egyptian claimed the best single-season points score of ALL-TIME in his last league appearance, producing 15 points at home to Southampton to total 306 points for the season. Salah has blanked just once at Anfield all season ahead of a derby against Everton, and that consistency makes him the best armband option for Gameweek 30.

Phil Foden (Man City) £9.2m

An ownership of just six per cent marks out the Man City midfielder as a huge differential against Leicester. Foden has two goals, two assists and 28 points in his three meetings with this season’s promoted clubs.

Justin Kluivert (AFC Bournemouth) £6.3m

Twelve goals and six assists have helped the Dutchman to 147 points, smashing his previous personal best of 100 points from last season. Kluivert has produced five double-figure returns in 2024/25 Fantasy and his penalty duties can help him to another big haul at home to Ipswich, providing he passes a late fitness test

Antoine Semenyo (AFC Bournemouth) £5.7m

Although he’s been largely overshadowed by Kluivert’s performances, Semenyo is another Bournemouth attacker who has recorded his best Fantasy season in 2024/25. Up against an Ipswich side who have conceded at least three goals in three of their last four matches, Semenyo has a great chance to add to his seven goals and five assists.

Alexander Isak (Newcastle) £9.3m

Fresh off the back of his goal in Newcastle’s EFL Cup final win over Liverpool, the Swede is named as vice-captain at home to Brentford. Isak has delivered hauls of 16 and 13 points across his last four outings at St James’ Park and scored in the reverse fixture in Gameweek 15 to claim eight points.

Jean-Philippe Mateta (Crystal Palace) £7.5m

Having returned to action in Crystal Palace’s 3-0 FA Cup win at Fulham, the Frenchman is a tempting differential against Southampton. Mateta has dropped to just six per cent ownership following his recent spell on the sidelines.

Omar Marmoush (Man City) £7.3m

The Egyptian scored just two minutes after replacing Erling Haaland (£14.8m) in Man City’s FA Cup quarter-final win over Bournemouth on Sunday. With Haaland an injury doubt, Marmoush looks set to lead the line against Leicester on Wednesday evening.
