Gylfi Sigurdsson could make his Everton debut when his new club visit Manchester City on Monday night.
The club-record signing from Swansea City “will be part of all the games" in the coming week, as Ronald Koeman prepares for a busy six days.
“I’m not worried about his fitness," says Koeman, whose Everton side play Man City tonight, Hajduk Split on Thursday, and Chelsea on Sunday.
"Of course, as a player you need game-time and need to play games in pre-season to get to 100%. But his fitness is okay and he is a good professional.
“He will get time. We have a tough week coming up and he will be part of all the games."
