Alvaro Morata (£10.1m) has been overlooked as a Fantasy Premier League captain this season.
Romelu Lukaku (£11.7m) and Harry Kane (£12.4m) were the top two choices in each of the first three Gameweeks.
Named among the top 10 captain picks on only one occasion, Chelsea's Morata has never been captained by more than 60,000 managers.
But his form warrants our attention.
The summer signing has produced double-figures in two of his three appearances.
He followed that up with three goals for Spain over the international break.
With a trip to Leicester City up next, Morata is the second most-bought player in the Gameweek, earning 230,000+ new owners.
Lukaku alternatives
Manchester United's Lukaku will again be a front runner for the captaincy, due to his 58.1% ownership.
But he has returned only six points in his last two outings.
He now faces Stoke City, one of only five sides to successfully shut out Lukaku in 2016/17.
Indeed, the Belgian has only three goals in 10 appearances against the Potters.
Lukaku's team-mates Paul Pogba (£8.2m) and Henrikh Mkhitaryan (£8.3m) offer strong alternatives - both have outscored the striker by 26 points to 19.
Liverpool choices
Meanwhile, Liverpool trio Sadio Mane (£9.6m), Mohamed Salah (£9.0m) and Roberto Firmino (£8.6m) boast fine form ahead of a trip to Manchester City.
Ranked among the top six most transferred-in players ahead of Saturday's 11:30 BST deadline, all three scored in the recent 4-0 win over Arsenal.
Mane is the only player to net in each of the opening three Gameweeks, while Salah leads the way for shots on target (eight).
But the hosts' Sergio Aguero (£11.5m) has a fine record against the Merseysiders at the Etihad Stadium.
He has scored in all five home league appearances against Liverpool and could return to Pep Guardiola's teamsheet, having been benched in Gameweek 3.
Kane encouragement
Tottenham Hotspur's Kane has been sold more than any other FPL forward ahead of his trip to Everton.
Without a Premier League goal this season, he has not scored in four of his last six meetings with the Toffees.
But his underlying numbers remain encouraging.
Kane is ranked top for shots (24) and shots in the box (18) and he scored a brace for England in Malta over the international break.
Other options
Elsewhere, Arsenal pair Alexandre Lacazette (£10.4m) and Alexis Sanchez (£11.9m) are set to be ignored by many but remain potentially explosive options.
The Gunners host an AFC Bournemouth defence who have conceded 37 shots inside the penalty area - more than any side.
Sanchez was last season's top-scoring FPL player and netted twice in the corresponding fixture against the Cherries.
A first home match of the season boosts Chicharito's (£7.1m) prospects.
Sitting in more than 28% of FPL squads, the West Ham United striker who scored twice at Southampton in Gameweek 2 entertains promoted Huddersfield Town on Monday evening.
The Terriers are yet to concede this season and will provide a stern test of Chicharito's credentials as a mid-price forward solution.
The FPL GW4 deadline is Saturday 9 September, 11:30 BST
