The AFC Bournemouth striker has announced himself as a hot property in FPL.

A hat-trick in Saturday's 4-0 win over Huddersfield Town has sparked a flurry of transfers, with 89,000+ managers making the move for Wilson.

Now recovered from injury and part of manager Eddie Howe’s plans, he can become a major cut-price option in FPL.

Encouraging signs

The 17-point haul in Gameweek 12 arrived in Wilson’s second start of the season.

His underlying statistics over those two matches are impressive.

No forward recorded more than his six shots in the opposition penalty area and his three big chances against Huddersfield were bettered only by the four of Gabriel Jesus (£10.5m) in the Gameweek.

Under the radar

Despite the recent spike in interest, Wilson heads into Friday’s 19:00 GMT deadline as part of only 1.8% of squads.

But that ownership will rocket if he delivers again in Gameweek 13 at a Swansea City side who have lost their last four matches and whose defence have been vulnerable at the Liberty Stadium.

At home Swansea have only one clean sheet and have conceded 15 big chances, more than any side.

The fixtures

The visit to Wales is one of four favourable match-ups awaiting Wilson.

AFC Bournemouth's next four opponents all score two in the Fixture Difficulty Rankings (FDR).

That gives the striker the platform to cement a starting role and establish himself as the go-to value option for FPL forward lines.

He is likely to be given penalty-kick responsibilities and, with his confidence at a high, Wilson can repay his early investors with another big score in Gameweek 13.
