Chris Hughton has won the Barclays Manager of the Month award for the first time.
In February, the Brighton & Hove Albion manager masterminded home wins over West Ham United and Swansea City, plus a draw with Stoke City.
The 59-year-old has managed 121 matches in the Premier League, also with Newcastle United and Norwich City.
He becomes Brighton's first recipient of a Premier League award in their debut season in the competition.
"It's a wonderful achievement for the club and certainly for a group of players that have improved as the season has gone on and knowing that we've still got a lot of work to do," Hughton said.
"I have wonderful medical staff and coaching staff.
"We're thankful to a lot of people but, of course, it's the players, the players have enjoyed being in this division so far and are desperate to make sure that we stay there."
Hughton was selected by a combination of votes from a panel of experts and from the public, beating: Javi Gracia, Jurgen Klopp, Mauricio Pochettino and David Wagner.
