Watford have signed Juan Camilo Zuniga on a season-long loan move from Napoli.
The deal for the 30-year-old full-back includes the option for Watford to make the move permanent.
Zuniga, who can play on either flank, will be reunited with Watford’s new head coach, Walter Mazzarri, after the pair were at Napoli for four years.
He is Watford’s fourth signing of the summer after Isaac Success, Jerome Sinclair and Christian Kabasele.
Zuniga has 62 caps for Colombia, featuring in four matches during the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
Watford begin their 2016/17 Premier League campaign with a trip to Southampton on 13 August.
In his Talking Tactics column on Watford, Adrian Clarke identified new full-backs as a position where Mazzarri would look to strengthen in a 3-5-2 formation and Zuniga fits the bill as an defensive wide man with a license to go forward.
