Darren Moore has been named as the Barclays Manager of the Month for April.
The 44-year-old, the first Jamaican to manage a PL club, took caretaker charge of West Bromwich Albion at the start of the month.
Moore masterminded a four-match unbeaten run, including a 1-0 win at Manchester United and a 2-2 draw with Liverpool.
The Baggies also drew with Swansea City and recorded a 1-0 victory at Newcastle United.
"I am really delighted," he said. "It's been a wonderful joint-effort by everybody here.
"We've just brought some unity here and it's helped the players put the performances together on the pitch."
Moore was selected by a combination of votes from a panel of experts and from the public, beating Sam Allardyce, Pep Guardiola, Roy Hodgson and Jose Mourinho.
