The midfielder struck again two minutes after the break with a powerful drive.

In the 72nd minute Joe Nuttall made it 3-0 with a penalty after Ben Sheaf had handled the ball in the area.

The forward made it a brace with a close-range finish.

Defeat drops Arsenal to eighth on 16 points, while Blackburn remain 11th with 12.
