Newcastle United substitute Florian Lejuene struck twice deep into stoppage time as Steve Bruce's side came from two goals down to draw 2-2 against Everton.
The Toffees took the lead on 30 minutes when Moise Kean latched on to a Bernard pass and finished low past Martin Dubravka from 12 yards for his first Everton goal.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin doubled the Toffees' lead in the 54th minute, turning smartly before tucking away his fifth goal in six matches, and he went on to hit the post.
But Lejeune produced an overhead kick four minutes into stoppage time to make it 2-1 with his first goal for the club.
And the Frenchman then bundled the ball home a minute later to secure a dramatic point for the Magpies.
Newcastle are 13th with 30 points, behind 12th-placed Everton on goal difference.
