There was plenty of late drama for thousands of Premier League fans to enjoy on the second day of the Premier League and NBC Sports' Premier League Mornings Live in Boston.

The third edition of the fan event was held in the shadow of Fenway Park at the Cask n' Flagon sports bar, while Lansdowne Street was made into a special outdoor viewing venue for fans, complete with Premier League-themed activities, events, merchandise giveaways and food.

A day of thrills and spills at the top and bottom of the table began on Sunday morning as Chelsea travelled to Cardiff City.

And Blues fans were in raptures as they came from behind to claim a vital three points in the battle for the top four thanks to a stoppage-time goal from Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

The second match of the day came from Anfield as Liverpool faced Tottenham Hotspur hoping to return to the top of the Premier League table.

There was a special visitor in attendance as WWE star and passionate Reds fan Sheamus arrived at the Cask n' Flagon to watch the action and take part in some pancake cooking.

Sheamus and the rest of the Liverpool faithful in Boston had a day to remember as the second match offered up another thriller. An own goal from Toby Alderweireld giving the Reds a 2-1 win that puts them at the PL summit by two points.

Suffice to say, the winning goal was greeted with wild celebrations.

Sheamus seemed to enjoy the result too!
