While many kids are staying at home with their parents during the coronavirus pandemic, the children of key workers including National Health Service staff in the United Kingdom are still going to school to learn in a safe environment.
The Chelsea Foundation are helping to keep them engaged, running virtual classroom sessions.
And the participants were given a special treat as Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Women’s goalkeeper Carly Telford joined in from home, taking part in a virtual press conference.
Facing questions from the pupils, Loftus-Cheek revealed whether he would rather win the UEFA Champions League with his club or the FIFA World Cup with England, and which of his team-mates has the smelliest feet.
