Kevin De Bruyne has been voted the 2019/20 EA SPORTS Player of the Season.
The Manchester City midfielder enjoyed a sensational campaign as he won the Playmaker award with 20 assists, equalling Thierry Henry's Premier League record for a single season set in 2002/03.
He also achieved his best goal return in a Premier League campaign, with two of his 13 strikes earning nominations for the Budweiser Goal of the Season award won by Son Heung-min.
Congratulations, @DeBruyneKev 👏

De Bruyne is the third Belgian over the past nine season to win the award given to the Premier League's top performer, following former team-mate Vincent Kompany in 2011/12 and Chelsea winger Eden Hazard in 2014/15.
He claims the prize thanks to votes from supporters on the EA SPORTS website, which were combined with those of the 20 club captains and a panel of football experts to decide the winner.
De Bruyne saw off competition from six other players to win the award. The shortlist also included Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jordan Henderson, Danny Ings, Sadio Mane, Nick Pope and Jamie Vardy.
