The Scout is selecting four overlooked players who could be set for a breakout Gameweek 21 in Fantasy Premier League.
Lucas Digne (EVE) £6.0m, 5.4 per cent ownership

A new role out wide looks set to raise the appeal of the Everton defender.
The Frenchman has played as a left winger in each of the last two Gameweeks since returning from injury.
Digne’s FPL assist against Wolverhampton Wanderers in Gameweek 18 took his total to six for the season in only 10 appearances.
That tally is more than any team-mate and is second only to the seven of Aaron Cresswell (£5.5m) among defenders in Fantasy.
Newcastle United visit Goodison Park in poor away form.
Steve Bruce's side have failed to score in each of their last six on the road in all competitions, lifting Digne's potential for points at both ends of the pitch.
Ivan Cavaleiro (FUL) £5.3m, 0.2 per cent%

A visit to West Bromwich Albion can help the Fulham winger continue his improving form in away matches.
Cavaleiro has scored both of his goals this season in his last four road trips. Strikes against Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur have earned him 23 points over that run.
West Brom, meanwhile, have struggled at home since Sam Allardyce took charge. They have conceded 14 goals across their last three matches at The Hawthorns.
Tanguy Ndombele (TOT) £5.9m, 0.7%
TV Info - Broadcasters
The Spurs midfielder visits Brighton & Hove Albion in fine away form. Ndombele has scored four goals in his last three away matches in all competitions.
He has netted against Wolves and Sheffield United, claiming 20 points over his previous two Premier League road trips.
And he also scored twice in a 4-1 win over Wycombe Wanderers in the FA Cup last weekend.
That suggests Ndombele could be a key figure for Spurs, particularly with Harry Kane (£11.3m) likely to be ruled out against Brighton.
Hakim Ziyech (CHE) £8.1m, 2.8%
TV Info - Broadcasters
The arrival of Thomas Tuchel as Chelsea head coach could help revive the Moroccan’s prospects in Fantasy.
Ziyech was handed a central support role as the Blues switched to a 3-4-2-1 formation in the German’s first match in charge in midweek.
And a home encounter with Burnley looks promising for the playmaker. He produced a goal, an assist and his season-high haul of 14 points against the Clarets earlier this season.
