With many Fantasy Premier League captaincy favourites either injured or struggling for form, the Fantasy experts think Gameweek 23 could be the time to make a differential choice for the armband.
On the latest FPL Show, experts Lee Bonfield and Gianni Buttice say their attention is turning away from Tottenham Hotspur's Son Heung-min (£9.7m), despite a home fixture against West Bromwich Albion, with Patrick Bamford (£6.6m) an appealing alternative.

The Leeds United striker has claimed 20 points in his last two Gameweeks and has the second-highest points total of any forward in the game.
"Bruno Fernandes is the safe choice but if I bring Bamford in I am really tempted against a Wilfried Zaha-less Crystal Palace," Bonfield says. "He could do really well."
And Bonfield believes Bamford's team-mate Raphinha (£5.3m) is also an option if managers wanted a left-field choice.
"In his last four matches he has averaged 7.25 points per game so he is in red-hot form right now," he says.
"Not many managers have got him but if you have, that's real differential quality."
Remember, the Gameweek 23 deadline is at 11:00 GMT on Saturday 6 February.
