Mohammed Kudus took his celebrations up a notch on Saturday after he hit the equaliser for West Ham United at home to Brighton & Hove Albion and shared a piece of his homeland Ghana.
After his header against Brighton Kudus picked out a wooden seat with a carved elephant from behind the goal and sat on it with team-mate Crysencio Summerville.
“It's a special stool, a stool from Ghana,” Kudus explained. “With my celebration, I see a lot of competitors and people doing it so I thought, ‘Why not do something different?’
The West Ham winger originally celebrated goals by first sitting on the perimeter boards before moving to the seats provided to ball assistants and stewards around the outside of the pitch.
But after seeing other players doing similar celebrations he decided to do something unique and shine a light on his homeland.

“It’s my roots," he said. "Where I come from, the chiefs and the kings, they sit on stools where are they are from. So I thought it would be nice to share a little bit of life where I am from."
He added to West Ham's channels: "This is mine now and no one [else] can do it!"
