Fernandes has 196 points this season, with 51 of those earned between Gameweek 22 and Gameweek 26.
A goal and two assists in Manchester United's 9-0 victory over Southampton was the Portuguese's first double-figure haul of the month.
Goals against Everton and West Bromwich Albion followed, before a second double-figure haul in February came at home to Newcastle United in Gameweek 25.
Despite no attacking returns in Gameweek 26, Fernandes finished as the top points scorer of the month for a second time this season.
