Eight players were shortlisted for May 2021's EA SPORTS Player of the Month award.
Fans had the chance to vote for their favourite by choosing from the shortlist below on the EA SPORTS website.
The votes from the public were combined with those of the 20 club captains and a panel of football experts to decide the winner.

The Welsh attacker kicked off the last month of his loan spell with a hat-trick against Sheffield United and finished it with two goals as Tottenham Hotspur secured seventh place with a 4-2 win at Leicester City.
Alisson Becker (LIV)

Alisson made history as the sixth goalkeeper to score in the Premier League with his last-gasp winner at West Bromwich Albion. His goal and three clean sheets helped Liverpool finish third with a perfect month.
Christian Benteke (CRY)

Crystal Palace's Belgian striker scored in four successive matches, including in a 3-2 triumph over his former club Aston Villa, to reach 10 goals in a PL campaign for the first time since 2016/17.
Sadio Mane (LIV)

The Senegalese starred in Liverpool's five-match winning streak with three goals and two assists. His haul included a final-day double against Palace to secure UEFA Champions League football.
Nicolas Pepe (ARS)

Arsenal's winger netted five goals during three starts in his final three matches of May, scoring a stunning goal versus West Brom before doubles against Palace and Brighton & Hove Albion.
Aaron Ramsdale (SHU)

Ramsdale made 25 saves, the second-best tally in May, as he inspired Sheff Utd to conclude the season with victories and clean sheets against Everton and Burnley during the month.
Rodrigo (LEE)

After scoring three goals as a substitute in wins against Spurs and Burnley, the Spaniard netted once and provided an assist in back-to-back starts in the final two matches.
Joe Willock (NEW)

The midfielder became only the second Newcastle United player to score in seven successive PL matches as he found the net in each of the Magpies' last four contests.
