Six players earned nominations for September 2021's EA SPORTS Player of the Month award.
Fans had until 12:00 BST on Monday 4 October to vote for their favourite on the EA SPORTS website.

The fan vote was combined with those of a panel of football experts to decide the winner.

Joao Cancelo (MCI)

Manchester City's full-back supplied the assist for Gabriel Jesus' winner at Chelsea, while playing a key role in a defence who did not concede a single goal in September.
Cristiano Ronaldo (MUN)

The Manchester United forward scored twice in his first match since returning to the club in a 4-1 win against Newcastle United. He also netted in a 2-1 victory at West Ham United.
Antonio Rudiger (CHE)

A commanding performance was capped with a goal in a 3-0 win at Tottenham Hotspur, as the German defender impressed in a Blues backline who only conceded once all month.
Allan Saint-Maximin (NEW)

In the absence of the injured Callum Wilson, the Frenchman dazzled up front for Newcastle, scoring a fine solo goal in a 1-1 draw with Leeds United and supplying assists against Man Utd and Watford.
Mohamed Salah (LIV)

Salah scored his 100th Premier League goal in Liverpool's 3-0 success at Leeds and followed that up with strikes at home to Crystal Palace and away at Brentford.
Ismaila Sarr (WAT)

The Watford winger stole the show in a 3-1 victory at Norwich City, scoring twice, and was also on target in a 1-1 draw with Newcastle.
