The Clarets are the only side scheduled to play twice in each of the next two rounds of matches.
They face Brighton & Hove Albion and Tottenham Hotspur in Gameweek 26, then play Crystal Palace and Leicester City in Gameweek 27.
Pope was Burnley’s top performer in Fantasy on the last occasion they played twice in a Gameweek.
He racked up 19 points in their Double Gameweek 23 thanks to his multiple routes to returns.
Pope combined two clean sheets with two save points and five bonus points against Arsenal and Watford.
Those displays extended his improving run of form in Fantasy.
Pope has recorded four of his five clean sheets this season in his last seven appearances, conceding a mere three goals over that spell.
He has averaged 6.1 points per match (ppm) in those encounters, compared with just 2.4ppm beforehand.
Crucially, Burnley still have two matches to be rescheduled, which is likely to lead to further Double Gameweeks later in the campaign.
Pope’s many routes to points, combined with his extra fixtures, make him a strong pick between the posts for the remainder of 2021/22 Fantasy.
