Ahead of the 2022/23 Premier League season starting on 5 August, we take a look at the key summer dates that fans need to be aware of.
June
The Premier League AGM officially oversees the transition from the 2021/22 season to the 2022/23 campaign.
The three relegated clubs will transfer over their Premier League status to the three clubs promoted from the Championship, Fulham, AFC Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest, and the Premier League table is reset.
10 June
The summer 2022 transfer window for Premier League clubs will officially open. It will close at 23:00 BST on 1 September 2022. Some clubs have already announced deals.

11 June
Clubs are required to publish the lists of the players they wish to retain and release by the second Saturday in June.
16 June
All 380 fixtures will be revealed from 09:00 BST on premierleague.com and the Premier League app.
18 June
Seventeen players from Premier League academies help form the England squad for the 2022 UEFA European Under-19 Championship in Slovakia.
Start of July
Players are expected to report for duty at their clubs in or around the first week of July to prepare for the new season.
2 July
Crystal Palace's match against Accrington Stanley is set to be the opening match of the Premier League pre-season friendly programme. This will start a series of matches involving our clubs all around the world, from Australia to the United States.

6 July
There is still plenty of top-class football for fans to enjoy as the UEFA Women's Euro 2022 kicks off, with host nation England facing Austria at Old Trafford.
Many players from Premier League clubs' women's teams will be in action in the tournament, with the final at Wembley on 31 July. The Premier League works closely with The FA in investing in the development of the women's game.

30 July
Leicester City's King Power Stadium will host the traditional curtain-raiser of the FA Community Shield between Premier League champions Manchester City and FA Cup winners Liverpool.
5 August
Arsenal visit Crystal Palace in the 2022/23 Premier League curtain raiser, while Man City will aim to emulate Sir Alex Ferguson's Manchester United and become only the second team to win a hat-trick of titles.
