Despite enjoying a glittering career as one of the world's best fast bowlers, England cricketer Stuart Broad says the time he had the highest Gameweek score in the world in Fantasy Premier League is in his top three career highlights.
Broad registered a score of 169 points in Gameweek 37 of 2017/18 Fantasy after successfully playing his Bench Boost chip, and it's an achievement that he still likes to remind his team-mates of.
"It drives the lads mad in our mini-league because my team name is Points - GW37 Winner 2018," explains Broad. "Every time a friend comes around for a cup of tea, I give them the mug that I got sent when I won. It drives them mad."
The Nottingham Forest fan was speaking about his experiences of playing Fantasy on the latest episode of The FPL Pod, alongside host Kelly Somers (@KellySomers), plus FPL experts Sam Bonfield (@FPLFamily) and Julien Laurens (@LaurensJulien).
