From 22-24 October the Premier League hosted an Under-16 National Tournament at Loughborough University, involving 28 Academy teams across Categories 1 and 2.
This was a flagship event in the Premier League's Games Programme calendar as it provides the Under-16 players with a memorable experience that enhances their football journey, as they all enter into one of the most important years.
It is at this stage that they are being offered a scholarship or being released from their club. Therefore this event provides a platform for them to showcase their ability on a national stage.
This year's champions are Aston Villa, who won every match at the tournament without conceding a goal.
