With the 2022/23 festive programme now complete, Alan Shearer has picked the players that have impressed him over the 30 matches and selected his team of the festive period.

Shearer, the Premier League Hall of Fame inductee, has named four players from Manchester United after they claimed three wins to move into fourth.
