Estupinan has impressed at both ends of the pitch recently, collecting 15 points in the last two Gameweeks.
He kept a clean sheet against Liverpool in Gameweek 20 and followed that up with two assists at Leicester City.
Estupinan’s display in Gameweek 21 highlights his growing influence on the Seagulls’ attack.
The Ecuadorian has recorded all four of his assists this season across his last four outings in all competitions.
The underlying numbers show his creative impact since Roberto De Zerbi was appointed head coach in Gameweek 9.
Estupinan’s 13 key passes rank fifth for the Seagulls from that point, placing him joint-sixth alongside Luke Shaw (£5.3m) among defenders in Fantasy.
AFC Bournemouth, meanwhile, visit the Amex Stadium in poor attacking form.
They have scored just one goal in their five matches since the season resumed.
When that clean-sheet potential is added to the possibility of assists, Estupinan could produce a major haul on Saturday afternoon.
