Sean Dyche says he is looking to instil a new mentality among his Everton players when they play away from Goodison Park, starting with today’s trip to Arsenal.

"We have to go into these games with a belief in what we do and it's mainly the consistency - the consistency of performance home and away," Dyche told evertonfc.com.
"It's well known that apart from the [COVID] pandemic season that most clubs have a stronger home form.
"There are all kinds of scientific reasons - higher testosterone in players from playing in front of the home crowd and all kinds of different things.
"At the end of the day, you can still have good away records by structuring the team and by suggesting the team maybe have to work in different ways, but most of all the mentality is important.
"At home, the crowd can help give you that edge but when you're away you have to bring it in through the collective on the pitch. I think that's important."

Everton head to Emirates Stadium, not only with a poor record at Arsenal – they have won only once in 26 matches and lost 21 times – but having struggled on the road this season.
The Toffees have only tasted victory in one of their last 13 Premier League away matches, a 2-1 victory at Southampton in October, drawing five and losing seven.
Since that win at St Mary’s, Everton have scored only one goal across their subsequent seven road trips, Demarai Gray’s strike in a 1-1 draw at Manchester City in December.
After losing his 100 per cent home record in the 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa last weekend, Dyche knows the importance of addressing his team’s troubles on the road in Everton's battle to preserve their Premier League status.
