Manchester United have been dealt a further injury blow by the news that Rasmus Hojlund and Christian Eriksen will be out for weeks.
According to Man Utd’s official website, Hojlund, who came off during Saturday’s 1-0 win over Luton Town, “suffered a muscle strain”.
The article added: “It is hoped he will return before the end of November.”
Eriksen, who was replaced by Mason Mount during the first half of the same match, “has a knee injury that is set to keep him out for around a month”, explained the article.
Man Utd are next in Premier League action on 26 November when they travel to Everton.
That is followed by a crucial UEFA Champions League trip to Galatasaray on 29 November, which United must not lose to keep alive their hopes of reaching the last 16 of the competition.

The two latest injuries add to a long list of players missing.
Lisandro Martinez, Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia have been out with long-term injuries, while Jonny Evans, Casemiro and Amad Diallo are also absent, while Aaron Wan-Bissaka missed Saturday’s match through illness.
Manager Erik ten Hag will also be suspended for the trip to Goodison Park because he received a third yellow card this season on Saturday.
