Here's what to look out for over the next seven days, with three Premier League clubs in action in FA Cup fourth-round replays on Wednesday, while the finals of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) and Asian Cup take place this weekend.
Matchweek 24 begins on Saturday and will conclude with a London derby between Crystal Palace and Chelsea next Monday.
Tuesday
At the Asian Cup, Tottenham Hotspur star Son Heung-min and Wolverhampton Wanderers' Hwang Hee-chan will be in semi-final action for South Korea against Jordan (15:00 GMT) as they look to book their spot in Saturday's final.
Wednesday
There are two FA Cup fourth-round replays involving Premier League clubs, as Nottingham Forest entertain Bristol City at 19:45 GMT and Chelsea travel to Aston Villa at 20:00 GMT.
The winner of Forest against Bristol City will host Manchester United in the fifth round.
Victory for Chelsea or Villa will set up a fifth-round home meeting with either Leeds United or Plymouth Argyle.
Fifth-round ties are scheduled for 26-28 February.
At AFCON, the semi-finals take place, with Nigeria against South Africa at 17:00 GMT and DR Congo versus Ivory Coast at 20:00 GMT.
Nigeria have four Premier League players in their squad - Ola Aina (Nott'm Forest), Calvin Bassey (Fulham), Frank Onyeka (Brentford) and Alex Iwobi (Fulham).
As for Ivory Coast, their squad features Simon Adingra (Brighton), Willy Boly (Nott'm Forest) and Ibrahim Sangare (Nott'm Forest), while DR Congo are represented by Brentford's Yoane Wissa.
Meanwhile, the second Asian Cup semi-final gets under way at 15:00 GMT, with Iran taking on Qatar.
Thursday
The shortlists for the January Player of the Month, Manager of the Month, Goal of the Month and Save of the Month awards will be revealed, plus the nominees for the Premier League 2 Player of the Month.
Friday
Several managers will be holding their press conferences as they provide the latest injury updates ahead of the weekend's Premier League fixtures.
Saturday
The Fantasy Premier League deadline for Gameweek 24 is at 11:00 GMT.
There are seven matches taking place, starting at 12:30 GMT with Manchester City facing Everton and concluding at 17:30 GMT with Nott'm Forest against Newcastle United.
The final of the Asian Cup takes place at 15:00 GMT while the third-place playoff at AFCON kicks off at 20:00 GMT.
Sunday
The action continues with two more fixtures including a London derby between West Ham United and Arsenal at 14:00 GMT, followed by Aston Villa versus Man Utd at 16:30 GMT.
