Liverpool forward Jayden Danns has been named the Premier League 2 Player of the Month for February following a memorable few weeks for the 18-year-old, after making first senior appearance for the Reds and scoring his maiden senior goals.
Danns assisted twice in as many appearances in PL2 and also made his first senior appearance under Jurgen Klopp, coming on as a substitute in a 4-1 Premier League victory over Luton Town.
He followed that up by coming off the bench in Liverpool's 1-0 win against Chelsea in the EFL Cup final before netting two goals in the FA Cup fifth round success over Southampton.
At a time when Liverpool's squad has been riddled with injuries, Danns is one of a number of academy products to step up to the first team.
