Kevin De Bruyne (Man City)
P18 W15 D3 L0 G4 A10
The Belgian returned from injury and was integral in leading Man City through their run to the title, all while not losing a single league match and racking up 14 goal involvements. He served as the connector to Erling Haaland and played beside Phil Foden effortlessly.
Bruno Fernandes (Man Utd)
P35 W18 D5 L12 G10 A8
Fernandes was once again the main talisman for Man Utd this season, as seemingly everything ran through their captain who always possessed the capability to pick out the right pass or score if need be.
Pascal Gross (Brighton)
P36 W11 D12 L13 G4 A10
The midfielder played full-back, as a defensive midfielder and No 10 this season, but no matter where he was he put, his ability to dictate the tempo is second to none. His style perfectly embodies Roberto De Zerbi's possession based and methodical football.
Bruno Guimaraes (Newcastle)
P37 W18 D6 L13 G7 A8
An all action midfielder who provided Newcastle with the necessary grit to compete on the defensive and attacking ends of the pitch. As an injury crisis struck the Magpies, he remained fit managing to break up play and create a multitude of chances for his forwards.
Douglas Luiz (Aston Villa)
P35 W17 D8 L10 G9 A5
Under Unai Emery, Douglas Luiz became a much more potent midfielder but also balanced his defensive duties very well. His ability to deliver accurate long passes demonstrated his great technical ability and proved to be a great help to Ollie Watkins who netted 19 times.
Alexis Mac Allister (Liverpool)
P33 W21 D8 L4 G5 A5
At the start of the season, Mac Allister was played out of position as a lone No 6 but he adapted well, keeping Liverpool ticking over as they stayed level with the other title contenders. He later moved back to a No 8, where he scored several stunning goals such as his effort in a 4-3 win over Fulham that earned him December's Budweiser Goal of the Month.
John McGinn (Aston Villa)
P35 W19 D7 L9 G6 A4
McGinn led Villa to UEFA Champions League qualification. The Scotsman was a tireless worker covering every blade of grass to ensure their return to Europe.
Martin Odegaard (Arsenal)
P35 W26 D5 L4 G8 A10
The creative hub of title challengers Arsenal, Odegaard continuously demonstrated his ability to play defence splitting passes. The captain's magical left foot not only assisted goals, it scored them too, with 10 efforts from midfield.
Declan Rice (Arsenal)
P38 W28 D5 L5 G7 A8
Throughout the season, Rice covered the six and eight position at high levels. His physicality to close down counter-attacks as well as be the driving force on the ball, was key to how the Gunners played in transition.
Rodri (Man City)
P34 W27 D7 L0 G8 A9
Rodri has gained a reputation for being a defensive mastermind but he is much more than that. His eight goals in 2023/24 is one better than his previous tally, thanks to a greater freedom to make late runs into the box.
