The Fixture Difficulty Ratings (FDR) are designed to help Fantasy Premier League managers plan their squad selection and transfers by generating a rank for the perceived difficulty of each Gameweek opponent for teams.
The FDR is based on a complex algorithm developed by FPL experts. Ahead of FPL launching later this summer, Fantasy managers can start their planning for the new season with our PDF containing all 380 fixtures rated by the FDR.

Of all 20 teams, Arsenal have arguably been handed the toughest start, with their three of their first five matches against last season's top five.
But Liverpool assets could be worth investing in, given they do not face a side with an FDR rating higher than three in their opening eight fixtures.

However the roles are reversed for Arsenal and Liverpool when reflecting on the last seven matches of the season.
From Gameweek 32, the Gunners face only one team who are ranked five in the FDR, with four of their final seven matches at home.
Liverpool though take on Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Arsenal in three successive Gameweeks over the same period.
