Newcastle United have announced the signing of defender Lewis Hall from Chelsea.
Hall was on loan at Newcastle in 2023/24, making 22 appearances in all competitions, but has now signed a permanent long-term contract at the club he supports.
"When you pull on the black-and-white shirt, there is no feeling like it and playing in front of the best supporters in the country is extra special for me being a Toon fan," Hall told Newcastle's official website.
"I gained a lot of experience last season, and with the squad we have, we'll be looking to push on even further this season."
Newcastle head coach Eddie Howe said: "Lewis was a very good addition to our squad last season and we have been delighted with his progress and his contribution to the team. As well as being a talented player, he has a great attitude towards the game and to his own development."

Overall he has made 27 Premier League appearances in total, including nine for Chelsea after breaking through to their first team in 2022/23, the season in which he won Chelsea's Academy Player of the award.
The 19-year-old has represented England at various youth levels.
