The Scout is tipping five players for big success in Double Gameweek 24 of 2024/25 Fantasy Premier League ahead of Saturday's 11:00 GMT deadline.

Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool) £6.4m

Liverpool's Double Gameweek 24 (DGW24) brings the Dutchman onto the radar.

Van Dijk is the only Reds player to have played every single Premier League minute since Arne Slot took charge last summer.

As well as being virtually rotation-proof, he offers a considerable goal threat: a total of 13 headed attempts from set plays ranks third among FPL defenders.

Van Dijk could get some joy from corners and free-kicks in DGW24 given opponents AFC Bournemouth and Everton both sit among the bottom seven sides for shots allowed from set-pieces.

At the other end of the pitch, no side can better Liverpool's tallies of 21 goals conceded and nine clean sheets.

Iliman Ndiaye (Everton) £5.5m

The Senegalese forward has scored in two of the three matches that David Moyes has overseen since the Scot's return as Everton manager.

One of those was a penalty in Gameweek 23, with regular taker Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£5.4m) not on the pitch after being taken off injured earlier in the match at Brighton & Hove Albion.

Calvert-Lewin is now an injury doubt for DGW24, so Ndiaye may remain on spot-kick duties for the Toffees' pair of home matches against Leicester City and Liverpool.

The encounter with Ruud van Nistelrooy's side adds to Ndiaye's appeal, as the Foxes' 16-match run without a clean sheet is the longest in the Premier League.

Yoane Wissa (Brentford) £6.3m

Wissa is the leading FPL forward for shots over the last six Gameweeks, with 23.

Plenty more chances should come his way during Brentford's next six matches, which all score three or less in the Fixture Difficulty Ratings (FDR).

First up on Sunday is a Tottenham Hotspur side who have gone seven matches without a clean sheet, conceding 18 goals in the process.

The DR Congo international therefore looks like a solid budget-friendly pick for the next six Gameweeks.

Noni Madueke (Chelsea) £6.1m

Chelsea's right winger will be aiming to score for the third successive Gameweek when the Blues host West Ham United on Monday night.

Madueke can occasionally be a rotation risk, but he'll be hoping that his goalscoring form is enough to keep him in Enzo Maresca's starting XI for a fourth consecutive league contest.

When he's on the pitch, Madueke is a real threat: the England international averages a shot every 22 minutes, which is better than every other FPL midfielder - including Mohamed Salah (£13.7m) - among those who have made more than three starts in 2024/25.

Chelsea's next six home matches, including their Gameweek 24 fixture, are all against teams sitting 14th or lower in the Premier League table.

Leif Davis (Ipswich) £4.4m

FPL's second-most creative defender has a favourable home fixture against bottom side Southampton this weekend.

Among players in his Fantasy position, Davis' 41 chances created and Expected Assists (xA) score of 3.65 can only be bettered by Trent Alexander-Arnold (£7.3m).

Set-piece responsibilities have helped boost those numbers: the left-back has taken 63 of Ipswich Town's 96 corners this season.

Saturday's opponents Southampton have allowed a league-high 114 chances from set plays in 2024/25, which boosts Davis' appeal for Gameweek 24.

The £4.4m defender could even bank a rare clean sheet, with Saints bottom of the table for goals scored, on 16.
