The Scout highlights Everton’s top performers since the return of David Moyes as manager ahead of their Double Gameweek 24 in Fantasy Premier League.
Interest in the Toffees has escalated at both ends of the pitch for their pair of home encounters with Leicester City and Liverpool in Double Gameweek 24 (DGW24).
Jordan Pickford (£5.1m) is the most-bought goalkeeper in the Gameweek, with over 171,000 managers bringing him in ahead of Saturday’s 11:00 GMT deadline.
The England star is Everton's top-scoring player in 2024/25 Fantasy, with his total of 95 points 22 more than any team-mate.
Meanwhile, defender Vitalii Mykolenko (£4.4m) and forward Iliman Ndiaye (£5.5m) are the second most-bought players in their positions for DGW24, earning 119,000+ and 239,000+ new owners respectively.
Who are Everton’s top performers under Moyes?
Ndiaye has emerged as a key figure since Moyes returned as manager in Gameweek 21. The Senegal international has scored in wins over both Tottenham Hotspur and Brighton & Hove Albion in the last two matches, totalling 17 points in total under Moyes.
Midfielder Idrissa Gueye (£4.8m) has supplied two assists, while the Toffees' clean sheet against Brighton last weekend helped centre-backs Jarrad Branthwaite and James Tarkowski (both £4.8m) to a combined three bonus points.
Everton's top points scorers, GW21-23
Player | G + A | Clean sheets | Bonus | Pts |
Ndiaye | 2 | N/A | 4 | 17 |
---|---|---|---|---|
Gueye | 2 | 1 | 3 | 15 |
Branthwaite | 0 | 1 | 2 | 11 |
Tarkowski | 0 | 1 | 1 | 10 |
Mykolenko | 0 | 1 | 0 | 9 |
Everton's DGW24 also arrives in the very Gameweek when the new Assistant Manager chip becomes available, offering another tactical approach in Fantasy.
The Assistant Manager chip allows you to pick a manager and earn points from their club's results for three Gameweeks in a row. So if you played it on Moyes (£0.5m) in DGW24, you would profit from FOUR matches across three Gameweeks, as it would also include Everton's subsequent encounters with Crystal Palace and Manchester United.
Indeed, it's Moyes himself who leads the way among Everton assets when it comes to points since he took charge - the Scot would have scored 28 of them as an Assistant Manager, underlining his potential with the new chip.
Who is most likely to score?
The underlying statistics show why Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£5.4m) has profited from Moyes' recent return.
The forward, who is an injury doubt for DGW24, had nine shots in the box across those three matches - SEVEN more than any team-mate - and scored once.
Winger Jesper Lindstrom (£5.0m) has also impressed despite failing to claim any attacking returns.
He has created a team-high three big chances, or situations where the player is expected to score. Indeed, his total of four big chance involvements is at least TWICE any player apart from Calvert-Lewin here.
Tarkowski's significant threat is also highlighted by his two big-chance involvements, more than any other Toffees defender.
Attacking stats, GW21-23
Player | Shots in box | Big chances | Big chances created | Big-chance involvement |
Calvert-Lewin | 9 | 5 | 0 | 5 |
---|---|---|---|---|
Lindstrom | 1 | 1 | 3 | 4 |
Ndiaye | 2 | 2 | 0 | 2 |
Gueye | 0 | 0 | 2 | 2 |
Tarkowski | 1 | 1 | 1 | 2 |

So, who are the best Everton assets to own?
When considering Everton assets for DGW24, Fantasy managers must also factor in Blank Gameweek 29 (BGW29), where up to four clubs will be without a match due to the EFL Cup final taking place the same weekend.
The Toffees, by contrast, have a favourable home meeting with West Ham United in BGW29, so investing in their players now can also help you navigate that reduced round of matches.
Pickford’s many routes to returns makes him their standout asset and also a BETTER option than Liverpool’s Alisson (£5.5m) ahead of the Reds' own DGW24. The Brazilian has just two clean sheets across the last eight Gameweeks.
While Mykolenko’s appeal is mainly due to his price so he can be rotated from your bench, Ndiaye’s underlying numbers indicate he’ll struggle to continue his scoring run.
Playing the Assistant Manager chip on Moyes is also an option in DGW24, but the downside is he can only earn table bonus in one of his four matches over the next three Gameweeks, as things stand.
That suggests it is better to hold on to that chip at this point, allowing you to target Assistant Managers with a similar upside later in the season.
