Petr Cech is in pole position to claim the 2015/16 Barclays Golden Glove award but David De Gea can prevent the Arsenal goalkeeper from being the sole winner of the prize for the goalkeeper with the most clean sheets in the Barclays Premier League this season.
Cech, De Gea, Kasper Schmeichel and Joe Hart entered Matchweek 38 all tied on 15 clean sheets each.
The Arsenal goalkeeper took his tally to 16 thanks to the 4-0 win over Aston Villa, while Hart and Schmeichel fell out of the running after their sides conceded, to Swansea City and Chelsea respectively.
Preventing AFC Bournemouth from scoring for a full 90 minutes in Manchester United's rescheduled fixture on Tuesday will earn Man Utd's No 1 a share of the 2015/16 Barclays Golden Glove award with Cech.
Clean sheets at Old Trafford are something the Spaniard has specialised in, doing so on 12 occasions this season in the Barclays Premier League.
Cech will become the second four-time winner of the award, after Joe Hart. The Czech Republic international will also become the first BPL goalkeeper to win it with two different clubs.
He was also the involved the previous time that the award was shared, winning it along with Arsenal's Wojciech Szczesny two seasons ago.
