2004: Arsenal sign Jose Antonio Reyes
Arsene Wenger signed Spanish winger Jose Antonio Reyes from Sevilla.
Reyes made his Arsenal debut on 1 February, replacing Dennis Bergkamp during a 2-1 home win over Manchester City.
He ended the season as a title-winner and started the following campaign strongly, scoring in his first five PL matches to earn the Player of the Month award for August.
Reyes scored 16 goals and set up another 21 in his 69 PL appearances for Arsenal.
His last match for the club was the 2006 UEFA Champions League final, where the Gunners lost to Barcelona. He was loaned to Real Madrid that summer and then joined Atletico Madrid a year later.
2014: Liverpool 4-0 Everton
A one-sided Merseyside derby went the way of Liverpool, who beat Everton 4-0 at Anfield.
Steven Gerrard scored a header after 21 minutes and the visitors' hopes of responding were damaged as they promptly lost striker Romelu Lukaku to an ankle injury.
Daniel Sturridge struck twice in two minutes to give the hosts a 3-0 half-time lead, and Luis Suarez made it 4-0 five minutes after the break.
Liverpool remained fourth but moved to 46 points, four points ahead of Everton, who stayed sixth.
