Eden Hazard is determined to win more trophies for Chelsea after receiving September's EA SPORTS Player of the Month award.
The winger was in scintillating form last month, scoring five goals in four Premier League matches to take his tally to seven goals for the season, a PL high.
His form has also been crucial to Chelsea's superb start under Maurizio Sarri.
The Blues are level on points with league leaders Manchester City and Hazard wants to continue the winning feeling by helping the club earn honours at the end of the season.
"It's a good feeling. It's always a good feeling when you win something," Hazard said. "We had a great month, we had good results, I scored lots of goals.
"Now we just need to keep doing this, keep scoring goals and try to win games, and at the end try to win a trophy."
The Belgian, who was presented with his award by three participants from Chelsea Foundation's Girls-Only Football Academy programme, will be in action against Manchester United in the 12:30 BST kick-off at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
