Huddersfield Town 1-1 West Ham

Match summary

7 Nov 2018
Huddersfield Town v West Ham United

Felipe Anderson scored for the second match in a row as West Ham United came from behind to draw 1-1 with Huddersfield Town.

The hosts produced their first home Premier League goal by a Huddersfield player since April, when Alex Pritchard struck with a low drive after six minutes.

Huddersfield almost doubled their lead when Philip Billing's whipped cross bounced off the inside of the far post and out.

But West Ham drew level on 74 minutes. Anderson, who scored twice against Burnley last weekend, started and ended a move with a drilled effort into the top corner.

The visitors almost snatched victory through Issa Diop's header but Steve Mounie was on hand to make the goal-line clearance.

Huddersfield drop to 19th on seven points, while West Ham remain 13th with 12.
