Laurent Koscielny believes he played a "great" match on his Premier League debut, despite his first appearance for Arsenal being largely remembered for a red card.

In a 1-1 draw at Anfield the Frenchman was on the end of a challenge from Joe Cole, making his own PL debut for Liverpool, which resulted in a straight red, before being sent off himself for two yellow cards in stoppage time. 

"It was against Liverpool away at Anfield and I think I had a great game!" He said. "But I finished with two yellow cards so a lot of people just remember this."
