Oli McBurnie headed the only goal as Swansea City extended their lead at the top of the Premier League 2 Division 2 table to five points with a 1-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion.

McBurnie's sixth goal of the season, in the 15th minute, secured a fourth straight win for the Swans, who are clear of second-placed Wolverhampton Wanderers, who have a match in hand.

The result left the Seagulls 10th in the table.

Swansea's next match is against Norwich City at Carrow Road next Monday, the same night that Brighton host Wolves at Crawley Town's Checkatrade.com Stadium.
