Norwich City have announced the signing of Lukas Rupp from Hoffenheim for an undisclosed fee.
The German midfielder has agreed a deal until 2022 and becomes Norwich City's second January signing, after Ondrej Duda from Hertha Berlin.
The 29-year-old has previously played for Borussia Monchengladbach, Paderborn and Stuttgart and says that moving to the Premier League fulfills a lifelong ambition.

“It’s a childhood dream," he told the club's official website. "I was in the Bundesliga for 10 years and it’s a new chapter for me. I wanted to be part of the team here and help the team stay in the Premier League.
“I know Mario Vrancic and from the national team I know Marco Stiepermann."
Rupp, who can play across midfield or as a full-back, will hope to make his debut when the Canaries host AFC Bournemouth on Saturday.
